LADSS MembershipAre you interested in becoming a member of LADSS. Membership is free to those who have Down syndrome and their family members all the way to grandparents. For professionals, friends, distant relatives and any other who wish to join there is a $15.00 per year membership dues that help with postage, etc... You may download a membership application here... Please note that you will need Adobe Acrobat to view and print the membership application. If you do not have Acrobat you can download it here... If you wish to request a membership application by mail you may write, e-mail, or call LADSS at the below information. Completed applications may be mailed to the below address.
